CANCELLATION POLICY :
If reservation is canceled 14 days prior to check-in date, full advance amount shall be refunded.

NO REFUND OR CHANGE IN DATES ALLOWED WITHIN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN DATE.

Kindly note that in the unfortunate event that you are unable to arrive at the property by the check-in time or latest by 10 pm on your check-in date, Nostravila reserves the right to release the room without prejudice, for the benefit of other guests if we are not informed about your cancellation in writing.

Parking:
Please check-in at the reception. Do not remove your luggage as you can drive down to your villa parking.

Smoking:
Please note ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. Smoking permitted only on the lawns (pool side.) Smoking strictly not permitted in the rooms, public areas and the restaurant.

Restaurant:

We serve you veg or non- veg-/Asian/Indian/Chinese/Parsi, and Jain food.  Room Service available. All veg food can be altered as per your request to Jain food.

We request you to please give us up front sixty minutes time for room service orders.

We can also serve you BBQ at your Villa. Check availability and price at the front desk. We do not serve Liquor at the resort.

Breakfast served between 8.30 am and 10 am.

Lunch served between 12.30 pm and 2.30. pm

Snacks served between 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm

Dinner served 8.00 pm onwards up 10 pm., Last order.

Property Rules :

Visitors without permission of the management not allowed at the resort. All visitors have to be registered at the front office.

Common Pool Time and Details of Gaming Room & Spa

Please note all our pools are only 4’-6” depth, without Life guard.

Common Pool Timing for use is between 7am. to 7 pm.

Gaming Room 

Timing for use 10am to 8 pm, Children Below 6 years to be accompanied by parents

Pickel Ball and Cricket 5pm. To 9 pm.
