We request you to read the details mentioned below thoroughly in order to enjoy your stay at Nostravila to the fullest.
Please note this package is based on the number of nights requested, approved, and accepted by YOU.
This package can not be ALTERED or CANCELLED

Check-in time 2.00 pm, check out time 11:00 am. Please maintain the check out time of 11.00 am. A delay beyond this schedule will be charged @2500/ per hour, deducted from your security deposit.
Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability. Please check with the front desk.

Aadhar card OR driving license. Passport for foreign nationals.

Pets are not allowed at the resort.

30% advance required to block the villa. Balance amount payable during check-in. Refundable Security deposit of 2500/ (per room) IN CASH for any damages caused to the room and late check out fees, if any. The above mentioned amount shall be collected during check-in at the resort and REFUNDED IN CASH.

If reservation is canceled 14 days prior to check-in date, full advance amount shall be refunded.
Change in dates POSSIBLE, 14 days prior to check-in but will be charged at 10% of the package cost.
NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION OR CHANGE IN DATES ALLOWED WITHIN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN DATE.

We are a 15 acres. property, please check-in at the reception. Do not remove your luggage as you can drive down to your villa.

Please note ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. Smoking permitted only on the lawns (pool side.) Smoking strictly not permitted in the rooms, public areas and the restaurant.

We serve you veg or non- veg-/Asian/Indian/Chinese/Parsi food. Room Service available. All veg food can be altered as per your request to Jain food. Breakfast is complimentary at our restaurant. We request you to please give us up front time for room service orders. We suggest at least an hour’s notice. We can also serve you BBQ at your Villa. Check availability and price at the front desk. We do not serve Liquor at the resort. Breakfast served between 8. AM and 1 O.AM.

Visitors without permission of the management not allowed at the resort. All visitors have to be registered at the front desk. Late night visitors strictly prohibited. Drivers strictly to remain in the parking area and are not allowed to move beyond it.

We do not have a television in the rooms, except in Mulberry Villas.
WiFi available at the resort . Cellular network available in pockets and at the reception, not stable.
